BEING PART OF A TIHGT HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP is rewarding, but can be quite challenging some times. High expectations mixed with tight schedules, advanced math courses and representing the board at numerous events built up a bizzarre, hectic, yet fun lifestyle.

Learning about group dynamics and different ways of tackeling problems and achieving goals as a group really taught me a lot.

Looking back at my/our achievements I find that the hard times develloped me the most. Personal failures such as failing courses and group failures such as not getting the results we expected has taught me a lot. Two of the most important insights is the importance of some times limiting myself and also to not be too optimistic regarding the time a certain process will take.

After finishing my year in the board it took me several months to really work through all of my new experiences, since my schedule while still member of the board offered no excess time for reflection.

Now, looking back at my experiences I really feel that I have gained priceless friendships and life lessons to be thankful for now as well as in the future.
