MY MOTIVATION IS EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

I think of myself as attentionaly naive. Facing the challenges in society today, I believe you need to be a bit naive to be able to make a difference.

I always set my personal goals a bit higher than what I believe is realistic and people keep asking me if that is really strategic. "I wouldn't do that! Dont you fail alot? Isn't that stressful?"

I've realized that i'm not really afraid of failure. I think that the only way to truely fail is by not learning anything from your failure. The only way to develop is to challenge yourself.

With out believing I can be exellent, I never will be.

I WANT TO CONTRIBUTE BY TAKING USE OF MY ADVANTAGES

I perform at my best when using my creative side. Imagination, strategys and enthusiasm I have in abundance.

Therefore I constantly search for environments and groups where my creative skills will come to use.

I often need a clear goal to work towards in order to not get sidetracked. If i manage to direct my focus in the right direction I will keep my own motivation and also help motivating people around me.

I'M A DAYDREAMER WITH A GREAT LOVE FOR PEOPLE AND OUR DIFFERENCES

I believe that people get the best results when they feel like they contribute, belong and can be them selves.

With this in mind I really like to help push groups forward.

I really enjoy helping people develop according to their own conditions and individual goals.
